Subject: THANKS A MILLION!
Dear Monica,
I would like to send you my thanks for your assistance in arranging my 3-night stay. April 18 - 21.
The location was truly fabulous, the host's warm welcome with a hot cup of herb tea upon my late arrival much appreciated, and the room and bath much nicer than I had hoped to find. The breakfast was also more than adequate and a fine way to begin the day. My host was most helpful with tips on how to find things near her home, so any logistical questions were addressed.
The next time my travels take me to London I will most certainly check with you to see if this host home is available during my visit. To be the one-and-only guest, instead of simply one more tourist at a hotel is a great way to go!

p.s. Please thank your staff for me - the airport pickup worked out beautifully and was definitely the smart way to go. Arriving so late, it was nice to have my transportation into the city from LHR already resolved.

Subject: London Stay – Apartment
Dear Monica
I just wanted to drop you a quick line about how much we enjoyed staying at the flat in St. George’s Drive. We enjoyed our stay in London tremendously.
It was very busy and our son had much to show us. He became a master at negotiating the Tube during his stay. It was nice to come back to such a nice flat where we could take our shoes off and have everything that we needed after a day of enjoying London.
Happy New Year – we watched the fireworks from along the Embankment and they were gorgeous.

I was delighted with the accommodation in Old Church Street. The room was very pleasant with a classic and homely touch – the room was neither too big or too small. Hotel rooms are often too big to actually relax in, in the evening and feel at home. Pass on my compliments to our hosts.
